The Boxfit classes are a 30 minute HIIT style sessions designed to get the heart pumping and improve your fitness.

Monday  6:00 pm to 6:30 pm.

What the sessions will do

  • Toning, arms, legs, and belly

Each session will covergirl training

  • Skipping
  • Punches
  • Knees
  • Bodyweight Movements
  • Isometrics
  • Partner based pad work
  • Mobility

The Box Fit sessions are short and sweet but not easy. The drills are simple and fast and made to work you hard.

If you have not participated in the Box Fit sessions you will be given a skipping rope and hand wraps as your welcome kit. Register below and well get back to you confirming your place and training times.

Over the 4 weeks you will improve you fitness, strength and stamina which will take you to the next level of your training. When your ready you can move to Box Fit 2, where the skill level is increased and the HIIT will get you going.

You will have 1 minute session a week for 4 weeks.

Evening sessions

Monday 6:00 pm to 6:30 pm.


About the trainer

High Kick

The trainer Kyle Buttress has been involved in Martial Arts, Kickboxing and ShootFighttraining for 30 years, has participated in 5 full contact fights, trained State and National champions, impressive credentials for sure, but the biggest reward is seeing beginners get great returns on their training.
